- Cut forecast error to ~5% MAPE on backtested historical sales with a demand-forecasting engine that picks its own model and is honest about its own uncertainty: five statistical models (Croston, SBA, TSB, Holt-Winters, and ARIMA) with automatic model selection, seasonality detection, and confidence intervals from a z-score margin that widens with the horizon.
- Extended it into a full demand-planning system covering the path from raw sales history to an agreed, capacity-checked plan: historical cleansing, consensus plan, and capacity-constrained supply planning.
- Kept thousand-row planning grids workable in the browser by putting an IndexedDB layer underneath them.
- Built six inventory and order modules in C#/ASP.NET MVC covering POs, receipts, issuance, adjustments, shipments, and returns, integrated with WMS and finance to eliminate manual re-keying across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, with auto-posted GL journal entries.
- Wrote a formula engine (tokenizer, parser, AST evaluator) powering a self-service budget planning and consolidation module covering department roll-ups, CAPEX depreciation, multi-currency conversion, and variance analysis, so finance could define budget lines without dev involvement.
- Built a revolving-fund and replenishment subsystem in treasury implementing the full cash-custody lifecycle: cash-count reconciliation with photographic evidence, shortage/overage adjustments, and replenishment approvals.
- Shipped 79 new warehouse management screens covering contracts, billing, storage master data, and access control, adapted across multiple client deployments.
- Extended AP/AR, CRM, and freight-forwarding modules (matching, liquidations, lead tracking) with reports; wrote Oracle PL/SQL procedures and Excel import/export pipelines with validation; authored developer and end-user documentation across all modules.
